Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

As our new Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic supply chain initiatives. You will ensure the establishment of commercial supply chains for new products, implement critical improvements to our supply chain such as increased capacity projects and dual sourcing, and lead projects to enhance efficiency and performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will navigate complex stakeholder environments, facilitate business-critical decisions, and optimize supply chain operations.
You will join a highly experienced team with strong expertise in supply chain and deep familiarity with FeMD. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management.

Your profile
The ideal candidate for the job holds experience from a similar role, managing and leading supply chain projects from a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma, biotech, life science, food or similar. You have a pragmatic approach and find solutions to identified problems.

Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global medtech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.

- Minimum a B.Sc. – ideally an M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or another relevant field of study.
- +5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, and some experience as a Project Manager
- Proven problem-solving skills and commercial business understanding.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- An impactful and collaborative work style.
- An organized, consistent, result-driven and holistic approach.
- Personal drive, positive mindset, and the ability to embrace challenges.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbally.
