As the Global Customer Solutions team in the Global Sales & Marketing organization, you will deliver solutions and value propositions that drives business growth and added customer value.
Work scope includes business case development for the solution proposed and working closely with global verticals and other key product and platform stakeholders on creating solutions that creates value for our customers and for our organization.
You will be part of the central excellence to facilitate and drive best practice customer solution design and development for the regions and areas

Key Responsibilities
- Design new solution spaces for Maersk in alignment with the integrated logistics strategy brand positioning.
- Lead the solution design Centre of Excellence. Trains and coach solution design teams. Facilitated value proposition ideation. Builds and manages global, cross-functional and multi-regional pursuit teams. Gather customer requirements and facilitate knowledge sharing, coordinate with sales, products, platforms and other stakeholders.
- Capture, manage scope and write the proposal and Value Proposition and ensures efficiency by effective re-use of previously developed solutions. Manages stakeholders and prepares progress and stakeholder reporting. Coordinates and aligns with other functions in relation to resources and specific cross-regional pursuits.
- Act as custodian of quality and speed of response. Prepare business value projections, attractiveness assessments and identify relevant pilots, case studies.
- Coordinates across regions and functions for solution pursuits. Supports global solution sales and design process improvement. Remains informed about the BUs as well as industry best solution practices.
We are looking for
- Solution design experience, across logistics product portfolio would be a plus
- Min. Degree in Industrial engineering, International Business, Supply Chain and Logistics
- Design thinking and Project management background
- Strong people focus and excel in creating clarity in ambiguous situations
- Analytical and logical mindset to both solve exceptionally complex problems and drive decision making by using qualitative and quantitative insights to achieve the targets
- Comfortable addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability whilst leading by example with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
- Creative, inventive, and have a E2E process mindset.
- Can work with stakeholders across the globe and ensure their buy-in when driving new ideas, change management is critical
- Above all: hiring for mindset and personality that can thrive in a changing environment as we transform into an integrator of end-to-end logistics services
