The Business Change Manager has responsibility for preparing the receiving organisation for change. Maersk aims to optimise the customer experience and realise significant business benefits by simplifying and standardising our processes. Key Responsibilities

Accountable for guiding the success of email for CX team. It is an important organizational role that manger the training, readiness, adoption and benefits realisation. The accountability includes:

  • Prepare the receiving organisation for change with a focus on realising business value and anchoring ownership, for the product delivery related to our case handling in the frontline and offshored locations
  • Identify, analyse and execute organisational stakeholder engagement
  • Assess and prioritise stakeholder management activities, including analysing impact and gaps through engagement with senior and middle management
  • Drive detailed change impact assessment to secure business resources and support business readiness progress reporting during project delivery
  • Manage and measure adoption together with the relevant functional product owners
  • Manage and measure benefit realisation together with the benefit realisation owners.

Who we are looking for

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience with project or change management and/or equivalent business experience
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Able to manage large change impact, guide and instruct the organisation to overcome challenging obstacles
  • Able to quickly able to establish a network and prove yourself as credible and respected
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders and cultures, and interact with people of all functions and at all levels
  • Able to look at the change from the user perspective and understand the way the change impacts the users daily

Furthermore, you are:

  • Self-driven and motivated, willing/able to influence without formal authority
  • Good at communicating with and influencing stakeholders
  • High level of self-confidence based on solid preparation
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to handle changes
