As a part of this process, you will have an opportunity to participate with global finance transformation program while leading our growing ATR implementation engineering teams that will set the direction of the future SAP S4hana based Finance solution for this large global organization.

As ATR Lead Engineer, you will lead engagement within accounting to reporting engineering team for assigned implementation releases from explore to implementation owing the end to end delivery. You will partner with our ATR business product owners in translating EPICs into user stories and then delivering them in realizing best possible business outcome while following enterprise architecture framework. You will lead and manage a team of highly skilled and motivate engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for technology delivery within Maersk ATR team for assigned releases

· Lead across all phases of implementation cycle from explore to release and driving post-golive steady state

· Responsible for project financials while ensuring best possible business outcome delivery

· Hands on managing team of SAP engineers

· Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on ATR and ensure accounting needs are delivered

· Manage the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers

· Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.

· Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable.

Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.

· Contribute to developing product and agile practices across Maersk

· Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevant

You have:

· Experience working as SAP ATR Senior engineer or project delivery manager for 10+ years, with overall experience of 15+ years with large scale technology transformation initiatives

· Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as finance lead

· In depth domain knowledge in the finance area

· Experience in working with senior ATR business product owners/global process owners in understanding business requirement and solution design

· Proven experience with managing complex stakeholders and ability to influence without authority

· Experience with S4HANA implementation is must

· Expert experience across multiple SAP modules - SAP FI/CO, General Ledger, Tax, A/A, A/P, FI-CA, Asset Accounting, Travel Expense Management, Master Data Governance and Migration, Banking & Treasury, Revenue Recognition (RAR) Controlling and BPC modules

· Experience in developing roadmap for ATR

· Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models

· Good problem solving & communication skills

· Collaborative mindset across business functions

· Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment

· Very strong communication and collaboration skills;

· Structured, highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills;

· Highly motivated and work well under pressure;

· An individual who respects the opinion of others; yet can drive a decision though the team;

· Credible with senior stakeholders and able to hold their own in conversations at this level.

· Flexibility to work on different time-zones

· Self-starter, highly motivated and with leadership quality

· Cultural understanding and experienced working and leading in multi-cultural teams

· Bachelor's/master’s Degree in Finance or IT related discipline
