You will join our Project Execution area consisting approximately 200 highly skilled project employees. You will work as a consultant to our customers independently or as part of a project team within Project Execution.
You will join our Project Controls Team, consisting of approx. 30 highly skilled Senior Project controllers, Project controllers and Junior Project Controllers across Denmark and India. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. This requires a proactive mindset and approach to solving tasks and a high level of flexibility.

You have a daily corporation with stakeholders like Project Manager, Contract Manager, Work Package Owner to get an accurate overview of the project economy.

We are looking for a dedicated Project Controller to support our Project Execution team in Kalundborg. You will control a small portfolio of projects in the range of 10-100 m.dkk both engineering and procurement with a duration of approximately a year at a time. Your daily work will be in close dialog with the team members of the portfolio.
Your daily work will be on-site in Kalundborg, but you will travel to Virum in relation to team activities.

How you might spend your days

- Project Performance Reporting – Internal & External
- Target monitoring of incentive penalty agreements
- Earned Value Management analysis together with PM
- Risk Management analysis analysis together with PM
- Burn Rate Reporting
- Profit & Loss reporting and analysis
- Forecast evaluations on engineering and procurement
- Project Financial reviews during year-end closing

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- An educational background (Bachelor) within Economics or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience within Project Controlling from the pharmaceutical industry or similar
- Knowledge within Project Planning and Project Risk Management is an advantage, but not key
- Interest in working in an energetic environment, engagement and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong ability to create structure and handle several projects simultaneously
- Experience with using PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, Power point – Excel is the most important
- Knowledge in using Earned Value Management methodology
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written. You live in Denmark and can be in Kalundborg most days
