As Master Planner in Ambu’s Global Planning Department, you will have a unique opportunity to define, implement, and drive our new planning strategy from the very beginning towards our goal of establishing a world-class global integrated business planning process.

As Master Planner your responsibilities will include:
• Synchronizing production, storage, and transport with demand and supply at Ambu
• Scenario development to balance capacity and demand including financial impact of costs and inventory
• Make the master plans together with relevant stakeholders in respect of demand and capacity
• Coordinate and communicate the master plans with production facilities, S&OP functions, and other relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on performance of the planned execution and maintaining overview of risk and opportunities
• Provide input to continuous optimization and improvement of planning processes, tools and standards
• Provide ad hoc project capacity input
• Monitor and participate in projects involving production line transfer
• Monitoring Phase-out products and have dialog with Product Management
• Drive continuous improvement in planning
• Responsible for master data update
Key competences
• +5 years of experience with demand planning, inventory management and forecasting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• High energetic drive, motivation, and accountability
• Min. a BSc degree in e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business administration or engineering
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the Danish language is not a requirement.
• Experience working with partners from other cultures is required
• Medical equipment industry experience preferred but not an ultimate requirement
