Global Category Portfolio Manager

Location: Denmark

We are looking for a Global Category Portfolio Manager to act as the key point for L&S asset category ensuring smooth dove tailing of the overall Asset strategy and acting as the thread tying central category management teams with area procurement and product teams. As our Global Category Manager, you will be driving cross functional working processes for L&S Asset category management teams & stakeholders including project and contract performance, data integration and improvements. Anchored in the Asset Strategy & Strategic Partnerships function, our aim is to achieve the right asset intensity to enable our growth and make sure we deliver quality customer outcomes regardless of asset ownership. As the Global Category Portfolio Manager, you and your teams are pivotal in delivering said outcomes - and this is integral to the success of this role

Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between Asset category team, regional procurement teams, L&S product teams to ensure smooth dove tailing of long-term Asset procurement strategy
Mapping of global L&S asset category procurement & partnership processes
Create complete global L&S project overview including long term project pipeline
Follow up with category leads and ensure project timelines are delivered to satisfaction of Areas
Responsible for Category performance management, driving Change management when needed, Project portfolio reporting, Category strategy update for all L&S asset categories
Drive data integration and availability for team and stakeholders
Collaborate with platform teams and act as BPO for asset category management for development, integration and roll out of future solutions
Performance management: Review contract compliance, savings realization and individual project performance.
Verify contract savings ensuring the overall Source to contract process governance and savings in line with actuals
Liaises with different functions on regional or global level to mature the procurement function.
Actively searches for synergies for continuous improvement
