Århus

In the role, you will drive recruitments in close collaboration with leaders within the organisational units you are responsible for. This includes advising leaders in finding the right recruitment strategy, writing job ads, participating in 2nd interviews and assisting the leaders in selecting the right candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external employer branding initiatives.Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:
  • support leaders in recruiting the right candidates; from creating the job ad to participating in 2nd interviews and provide the candidates with assessment feedback (we use Predictive Index) as well as offer sparring when it comes to candidate selection
  • create and execute search strategies to source external candidates
  • participate in the development of our yearly employer branding strategy
  • plan and execute internal and external employer branding activities in close collaboration with our very skilled Strategy & Communications team
  • take part in our Diversity & Inclusion project to evolve and grow our setup to always be on top of latest trends

The team is responsible for DC’s ability to attract, develop and retain skilled people, and we partner with the business to deliver high-quality sparring, tools and people development initiatives. You will join a team of highly motivated HR professionals, who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of DC’s people agenda. On a daily basis, you will work closely together with our other talent attraction specialist, and together you will ensure that DC is always able to attract and hire the people we need.Joining the team, you will experience an innovative and collaborative culture, where we openly discuss challenges and achievements, as we always strive to learn from each other – and we make sure to have fun as we go along.As you will be working with many leaders across the organisation as well as external candidates, we imagine that you are outgoing and thrive on working with many different stakeholders on all levels. Also, as you will be working with various processes and deadlines, we are looking for someone who thrives on working in a structured manner.Furthermore, we expect that you:
  • have 2-3 years of experience from a similar role within talent attraction and employer branding
  • hold a relevant educational background within HR, Organisation, Business Psychology or similar
  • employ a structured approach to your tasks and enjoy planning and coordinating
  • have great stakeholder management skills and are energised by building reliable partnerships
