Regional Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Opportunity

As Maersk Airfreight continues with its ambitious growth trajectory, we are searching for an experienced Regional Pricing Manager in Europe. This person will be focused on strategic pricing, whilst driving synergies between the various areas in Europe and other regions around the world.

This varied position can be filled at all MAERSK locations in Europe (e.g. Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, Madrid, Milan ...).

Your tasks:

• Establish the go-to-market and regional pricing strategy of the airfreight product
• Create and drive competitive, strategic pricing offerings for customers, while ensuring the offerings are in line with internal capabilities and targets
• Improve regional and area pricing processes, in line with global and local pricing colleagues
• Drive regional initiatives and pricing campaigns
• Create and utilize dashboards, reports, and pipelines to drive internal transparency and overall market knowledge

Your profile:

• Fluent in English is a requirement, with any additional language(s) being an advantage
• Experience with freight forwarding and/or airline pricing is a must
• Sound trade and revenue acumen and tactical thinking, including commercial and operational business aspects
• Strong organizational, planning, process, & project management skills
• Strong decisiveness, through execution and drive for results, including being comfortable with and willing to take calculated risks
• Energetic personality that easily adapts to change
• Ability to travel within Europe and potentially abroad
• Bachelor or university degree
