We are looking for a Head of Landside Transportation Product Planning in the Transported-by-Maersk product team reporting to the Global Head of Landside Transportation Products. In this role you will cover the business planning, budgeting, performance management, tender management and community building of the largest logistics and services business for Maersk. You will set performance targets (including value realization), lead and provide standards in terms of commercial planning as well as commercial activation, lead and define initiatives to deliver on set targets with relevant functions and frontline and build the global landside transportation community. This role will be supporting this entire global business and contribute towards a massive growth in the business. In this role you will need a high degree of business, technical and operational acumen to drive these exciting new initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills in product management, a visionary approach, anchored in a strong customer and data foundation, strong stakeholder management, mentoring leaders and strong business judgment. You will be responsible for driving the business plans for landside business, how it fits in our integration journey, connection to Ocean products and be directly responsible for several top company priorities in the Ocean and Logistics business with a particular focus on Maersk's 'transported-by' product suites. You will be coordinating across key partners within operations, regions, procurement, engineering, commercial and insights. You will be working alongside senior platform and portfolio owners with will be interacting with the senior most leaders at Maersk in both technology and business. Responsibilities:

Business product planning

•Set performance targets for the landside product (incl. value realization) with relevant functions and frontline

•Lead and provide go to market standards in terms of commercial planning/business plan as well as commercial activation

•Lead and define initiatives that would deliver on set targets in collaboration with relevant functions and frontline

•Landside Transportation community building (CEN and frontline)

Performance management

•Drive relevant functions and frontline to achieve the set performance targets/ambitions (across the full P&L incl. revenue and cost, and value realization targets, covering also delivery quality)

•Monitor, update and active follow-up (with initiative owners) on the development and delivery of the various initiatives to achieve annual performance targets

Community building

•Landside Transportation community building (across regions/areas/relevant functions) – to ensure engagement and overall alignment towards global plans and strategy

What you bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, supply chain or engineering.
• Team player: Strong, demonstrated ability to rally and bring varying functional teams together, and break through stalled decision making. High emotional intelligence.

• 6-10 years of P&L management, preferably in the Logistics field
• Leadership experience, both able to lead direct teams as well as indirect/cross-functional teams
• Experience working with global organizations in a matrix environment
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Data-oriented: Define metrics for success and failure; ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and make decisions
• Sound business & strategy judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
• Comfortable with 30% international travel annually.

• Experience in global supply chain industry.
