Join Master Data and Digital Strategy

At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of the Master Data and Digital Strategy department. Here, 9 process-oriented colleagues are responsible for providing all our data, overseeing its use and ensuring its quality.

Manage the data in our CMDB

As configuration manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of our IT assets and applications. Your primary task will be to maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets used within the company and ensure proper control and organisation.

More specifically, you will:

• Oversee the management of configuration items and prepare complete configuration documentation
• Plan and execute configuration management throughout the lifecycle of each configuration item
• Increase interdisciplinary understanding and transparency among individual departments
• Work with various internal teams to develop configuration management tools and assist in the maintenance of tools
• Analyse issues related to configurations and propose solutions

Experience from a similar position and great organisational skills

Your solid organisational skills and proactive approach to data management enable you to maintain an ever-vigilant overview of our configurations.

Also, you know how to utilise your great communication skills to describe processes and provide clear guidelines for data management. Just as you can collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have hands-on experience with IT service management and configuration management from a similar position – or perhaps you have worked with change management
• Are familiar with IT service management processes and have experience in handling IT service changes and configurations
• Know how to work with data quality assurance systems and ensure accurate and reliable data flows
• Speak and write English flawlessly
