About the role
Our C&Q department consists of over 30 C&Q Managers, Leads, Engineers, and LOTO Officers, all working within systems and equipment commissioning. Alongside your colleagues you will ensure the world's largest insulin production facilities are built and commissioned to the highest standards.
As the C&Q Manager for facilities scope, you will be the project lead to oversee the commissioning process for pharmaceutical facilities. You’ll manage, plan, and coordinate the facilities' pre-commissioning and commissioning scope and ensure effective collaboration across all disciplines like HVAC, BMS, Building Utilities, Building Electro, Architecture, and Functional Safety.

As a C&Q Manager, you’ll:
- Coordinate and plan: Serve as the focal point for coordinating the preparation and planning of pre-commissioning, Mechanical Completion, and commissioning activities during the earlier stages of the project.
- Bridge between stakeholders: Ensure that bridging between area planning and “systems thinking” is established and considered both in the planning phase and during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Ensure detailed planning: The facilities Commissioning Manager shall drive the detailed planning of site activities for facilities` equipment and systems installation to the handover of facilities to the client.
- Enable communication and stakeholder engagement: Through regular meetings, ensure good communication and planning between stakeholders on site. Follow up on issues and monitor the progress and quality of the C&Q activities.
- Provide guidance and support: Provide guidance and support related to C&Q to colleagues, management, and other stakeholders. Maintain a high focus on Health, Safety, and Environment aspects within your area to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Oversee permits and approvals: Manage and oversee the necessary permits and approvals required for the commissioning activities

- Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering (or similar).
- Proven leadership experience managing large projects and diverse project teams.
- Extensive site facility management experience (HSE, construction, commissioning), ideally in pharma, biotech, or process industries.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
