Then this might be the right opportunity for you as Demand Manager for Wavin in the Nordics, based in Hammel near Aarhus.
This role requires working across a large and diverse product portfolio, using both analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills to create transparency, drive consensus, and secure robust and reliable forecast processes. With a strong focus on forecast accuracy, market insight, and process optimization, you will be responsible for facilitating the monthly Demand Review and enabling fact-based decisions supporting both operational efficiency and commercial execution. Forecasting ownership and stakeholder alignment across the Nordics
A degree in business, supply chain, finance or a related field is expected. This combined with solid experience in demand planning or supply chain management within a manufacturing company with a broad and complex product portfolio. Building and maintaining high-quality forecasts is a requirement, as well as the ability to manage both data and cross-functional dialogue. You bring a well-founded understanding of S&OP and demonstrate strong business acumen. With a structured and analytical mindset and a clear sense of ownership, you take responsibility for delivering reliable forecasts that align with commercial plans and operational needs. Experience with forecasting tools and platforms such as SAP IBP is required, along with strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Success in this role is driven by being proactive and self-driven, while also demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement across functions and countries. You know how to build trust, create clarity, and get people on board around a common plan. As a person you are proactive, communicative, and confident challenging assumptions to ensure alignment and informed decisions. It is also expected that the candidate is fluent in English and is confident working with digital tools.

- Leading the monthly demand review cycle within the S&OP process
- Developing and refining statistical forecasts using advanced planning tools
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to integrate market insights
- Consolidating regional forecasts and providing scenario-based recommendations
- Tracking and improving forecast accuracy
- Supporting revenue forecasting, inventory optimization, and long-term capacity planning
- Contributing to the improvement of demand planning tools
