Training Manager – Nakskov, Denmark
At , we believe that people are the foundation of operational excellence. As our new Training Manager at the Nakskov blades factory, you will play a key role in shaping a learning culture that supports continuous improvement, safety, and quality across our production environment.
Department: Technology & Operations Manufacturing Training
The Training department is entering a new phase, transitioning into an independent function within the factory. You will lead this transformation, establishing a robust training framework that supports both current and future production needs.
Requirements:
· Build and lead a dedicated training team, (including 1 coordinator and 12 Factory Instructors, while influencing ~90 Process Instructors across production.)
· Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that go beyond compliance, fostering real skill development and operational impact
· Maintain training documentation aligned with ISO 9001 and ’ global standards, using our Learning Management System (LMS)
· Partner with stakeholders on Tech Transfer and New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure readiness and alignment
· Act as a trusted advisor to production leaders, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
· Relevant academic background (e.g. Cand. Psych., Learning & Change Processes, Pedagogical Psychology) or equivalent experience in education, manufacturing, or public institutions
· Proven experience in training, coaching, or organizational development within a production setting
· Familiarity with ISO 9001 and change management principles
· Fluency in Danish and English
