We are seeking a Main Components Repair Specialist to join our team at
[xxxxx], a global leader in sustainable energy solutions. This is a professional with a keen focus for main components for wind turbine gearboxes and a willingness to thrive in a complex and innovative environment.
Responsibilities - Drive and own repair activities for main wind turbine components, mainly Gearboxes, in close collaboration with our repair partners (external vendors)
- Act as the primary point of contact between repair teams, engineering, and operations
- Your primary area will be linked to Gearboxes but also extending into other main components like Generators or Main Bearing Arrangements
- Ensure repair processes comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and timelines
- Drive and own the reporting on repair progress, KPIs, and cost efficiency
- Drive changes and develop the repair strategy with our organization. Implement continuous improvement initiatives together with our repair vendors
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to optimize repair strategies
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field. We also welcome if you have an alternative background
- Experience in wind turbine components, repair coordination and supply chain management
- Familiarity with [xxxxx] platforms and its component technologies and repair methodologies
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office tools
- Drivers license B

- Ability to work independently and make decisions when facing tight deadlines
