About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our IT Projects and Transition team in Global IT. As a team, we are working on internal IT projects that support and enhance our IT and business processes.

Your role will be key in enhancing the business and their way of working, which is crucial given high demands associated with executing pharma engineering projects.

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll be:

  • Managing plans including scope, milestones, progress, and deliverables, ensuring these actions deliver value to the organization and its end users
  • Overseeing and planning resource allocations
  • Keeping track of costs, time and expenses
  • Reporting on risks and status to Project Owner and Steering Committee
  • Aligning and communicating with stakeholders to ensure commitment to initiatives
  • Working with your project team and vendors to ensure progress
  • Maintaining close dialogue with the business to understand business needs and requirements

  • You are most likely a certified Project Manager, and your project management toolbox is well equipped
  • You have documented project management experience from internal projects
