Digital Solutions & Development Digital Solutions DataCenter & Cloud, Engineering and Services (DCES) - Chapter Le
You will be part of the Monitoring and Observability Product in our department DataCenter & Cloud Engineering and Services (DCES). In DCES we build and standardize environment, platforms and services, and take responsibility for full life cycle management of these. By offering fully automated hybrid infrastructure services, we empower ' application owners and developers to concentrate on value adding activate free from worries about the underlaying infrastructure's state.
As a Monitoring and Observability Architect, you will work closely with both the product team and across the organization to establish and maintain robust monitoring and observability principles and architecture. You will enhance our product's reliability and performance by leveraging advanced tools and technologies. Additionally, you'll also be positioned to grow into a Chapter Lead, helping shape our engineering culture across teams. This means taking ownership beyond your immediate team-driving best practices, facilitating cross-team learning, and representing your domain in broader architectural and strategic discussions.
Our current stack includes Dynatrace and the OSS Grafana stack running on Kubernetes. Your knowledge will help us optimize and expand our monitoring capabilities, ensuring we can effectively identify and resolve issues before they impact our users.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day support to a small, growing team
- Oversee team resourcing and manage key people processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
- Collaborate closely with Product Teams, Product Area, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communicatio
- Promote Agile principles and guide the team in adopting and refining Agile practices
- Encourage continuous learning and development through regular feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities
- Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
- Leverage tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Kubernetes to monitor, visualize, and optimize system metrics
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT, within infrastructure, monitoring or automation
- In-depth knowledge of one of the monitoring tools: Grafana or Dynatrace
- Effective leadership experience with a focus on Agile methodologies
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, engineering, science, or related fields
- Well-developed communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
- Thorough understanding of monitoring and observability principles and best practices
