Dine opgaver
As Senior Director FP&A you will:
- Work closely together with the CFO and Finance Management Team in the efforts to provide pro-active high quality financial information and analysis in order to gain business insight and support decision-making.
- Develop business scenarios and recommendations to senior management based on financial insights.
- Develop and manage the financial planning processes as well as the strategic financial forecasting process.
- Support management in assessment and communication of financial results, M&A activity and other special projects.
- Manage the FP&A team in a highly engaged way and contribute actively to the strategic development of Global Finance.
- Your responsibility will be split between the following main activities: financial planning, financial analysis, corporate financial reporting and performance measurement, finance business partnering, financial systems and business processes, people management and global finance.
Din profil
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business administration or a related field
- Relevant Training/leadership courses
- Significant experience ( 8 years) in Finance, at least 5 years within FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
- Experience from working in an international setting, ideally in pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities to interpret complex financial data, perform forecasting, and develop financial models.
- Good communication skills to present financial information effectively to diverse audiences at different organizational levels.
- Flexibility, focus and ability to plan processes with focus on deadlines and attention to details.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team and drive results.
- Fluently in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge/experience in financial software, ERPs, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications like Excel. Familiarity with financial planning tools (SAP, BI or similar systems)
