Your main tasks will be market identification, -seizing, -strategies and strategic positioning as well as direct client interaction and tender tactics. You will be responsible to strategize, develop and tender for a range of services in industrial decarbonization, from full net-zero strategies, process design, energy efficiency to renewable energy production and more. Together with our expertise in balance of plant, energy generation, hydrogen, and carbon capture you will get the opportunity to be engaged in all aspects from ideation throughout to final implementation of projects across a variety of sectors and across Europe. The market Energy Intensive Industries is new and growing. As our Business Manager partner you will be crucial to setting the focus on the market and identify how we best leverage the strengths that we possess in new contexts. We work on sustainable and innovative industrial initiatives and is backed by the divisions roughly 500 strong engineering team in EPCM delivery, process, automation, electrical, mechanical, and structural. The team has a European reach, working on local as well as international projects and coordination with our colleagues in the different regions is of high importance.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute market plans, including marketing and sales activities</li><li>Support and deliver market studies and business plans for a range of manufacturing industries</li><li>Decarbonization strategies, methodology development and directly for clients</li><li>CRM overview and Implementation of plans and projects.</li><li>Support and work with KAM teams</li><li>Identify project teams, coordinate tender work, and lead negotiations</li><li>Financial follow up and overviews, contribute and provide guidance to Improve CVs</li><li>Assist with other marketing tasks including Updating the project reference system, formatting of reports and documents, etc.</li><li>Coordination across Rambøll internationally and across business units</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.</p><p>For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>A University degree in business administration, social sciences, engineering, or related fields</li><li>Excellent client-facing skills and demonstrable business development experience</li><li>At least 5 years of experience from manufacturing company</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the drivers, opportunities, and constraints around industrial decarbonization</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English – incl. presentational and report-writing skills</li><li>Technical proposal writing is considered an asset</li><li>SOME interest, LinkedIn etc.</li><li>Strong computer and internet literacy skills (MS Office or similar)</li><li>Project Management and experience skills would be advantageous</li><li>Time and budget control</li><li>Analytical skills, Structured and problem-solving capacity, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines</li><li>Experienced or enthusiastic about industrial decarbonization</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include; Dynamic, energetic and self-driven, team oriented yet independent. Some extraversion is needed, well organized and structured. Positive attitude, networking and thriving in a cross-cultural environment.
