Driven by a passion for developing strong retail concepts, high visual standards and inspiring customer experiences, we are looking for a Retail Concept Development Manager to design the path for our Global Retail Concepts.
The position is based at our beautiful head office in Aarhus.

About the job

As Retail Concept Development Manager, you will develop the [xxxxx] brand within our stores and towards our customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring [xxxxx] continues to be at the forefront of customer experience within the store network and other physical touchpoints.

You will work across departments and with cross-border teams to align visual and commercial strategies, influence annual collections and ensure an ongoing development of the customer journey.

You will play a central role in shaping and developing the visual retail universe and in driving store development projects from concept to implementation. You will report to the Head of International Retail Development and become part of a dynamic and ambitious team where independence, structure and a proactive mindset are essential.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and define the visual retail concept strategy for [xxxxx] with the aim of reaching a super brand level.
  • Develop conceptual solutions for in-store merchandising, installations, styling and communication with a strong commercial focus.
  • Document new Retail Solutions and secure solid handover, follow-up and support to the Retail Concept Implementation Team so its ready for Implementation within the store network
  • Align commercial strategies and collection implementation with range Development team and marketing team.
  • Ensure the visual retail universe and store experience matches the [xxxxx] brand identity and experience on all [xxxxx] platforms.
  • Conduct tests and alignments around the concept store in Aarhus including HQ and ensure the newest concept is always up to date in the Concept Store and selected prestigious retail projects

Your compentencies:

  • Strong visual merchandising skills combined with a solid understanding of commercial thinking and how to balance creativity with business goals.
  • Experience with brand development and translating brand strategy into in-store execution
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a natural drive to follow up and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within visual merchandising, retail concept development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
