Your area of responsibility
You will be part of an engineering team of 7 employees, who are supporting both running production and new projects with the specialization in new projects. You will have a daily contact with Sales, Production, Quality and Maintenance colleagues.

Personal characteristics
You are expected to have automotive experience and a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable studies.
We expect that you have 3-5 years practical experience as a project engineer (with an experience managing and participating in projects). We also require an experience from a production company - preferably with 24/7 operation. Applicants with experience from the automotive sector, with experience in tooling and with insight into aluminium, are preferred.
On the personal side you would like to work in a team with international context, have strong communication skills and commitment. It is important that you like to work in the fast-changing environment and can prioritize the tasks. If you have a leadership experience, it will be an advantage.
Strong language skills required in both English and Danish. German as a language skill is a plus. Knowhow to Microsoft Office package is expected. Knowledges of CATIA are preferred.

- Responsibility for all phases of the project from idea to implementation and commissioning
- Preparation of project materials, proposals for equipment procurement and management of subcontractors
- Manage time and finances so that the project plans are adhered to and any deviations can be foreseen
- Ensure proper training and documentation for all new projects, including PPAP, PFMEA, etc.
- Assemble and lead the project group, where you will also be an active participant
- Plan and coordinate the manufacture of prototypes
- Continuously optimize and develop current projects after transfer to serial production
