We are looking for a User Researcher to join the Client Insights team. If you are passionate about understanding what motivates clients and evangelizing your insights within the rest of the organization, this is a great opportunity. With more and more focus on client-centricity, we are looking for someone who likes to contribute to our team becoming more established in the organization.

At Client Insights, we do research to better understand who our clients are and what motivates them to use our services. We design surveys, perform one-on-one interviews and look at behavioral data to make sure we get to know the different types of clients, what they expect from us and if we deliver on our promise to them. With these insights, we enable other teams to use the insights to improve our services and platforms with the aim of increasing our client satisfaction. Our team is spread across offices in Copenhagen, Antwerp and Amsterdam and we do research for all of our offices.

How do you succeed:

We are looking for a User Researcher who is able to conduct different types of research independently. You are a curious and open-minded person, who really wants to understand how people think and how they use our platforms. You don’t mind working independently and function well in a team. You are empathic and are a good listener: both participants and stakeholders feel comfortable in their conversations with you. You are able to communicate clearly about the research and insights: we need you to evangelize research by continuously sharing insights and advocate for user perspectives when collaborating with other departments, with different audiences and in varying levels of the organization.

You will work with the following:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research;

  • Design research projects with various complexities;

  • Report and present results to stakeholders;

  • Facilitate workshops with colleagues and/or stakeholders;

  • Share knowledge within different departments;

  • Support and challenge the other user researchers to develop their skills;

  • Maintain and improve our UX Lab;

  • Maintain an international and representative pool of users.


Your profile:

  • 3-5 years designing and executing mixed method research projects;

  • We prefer an education in social sciences or something similar;

  • A strong empathic ability, which users immediately feel comfortable with;

  • You represent the voice of the customer, and you can present the most important insights in a clear and convincing way to stakeholders from various departments;

  • Translate insights to strategic, tactical and operational recommendations;

  • Naturally curious and always up to date with the latest trends in your field;

  • It is a clear advantage if you have an interest in trading and knowledge of how the financial markets work;

  • Fluent in English;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
