With a direct reference to our Head of User Experience & User Interfaces, you now have the opportunity to join a dynamic growing User Experience & Interfaces team, consisting of 10 talented User Experience Researchers and User Interfaces Designers. A job with an agile experimental approach and focus on long-lasting customer experience value creation
In the position as Senior User Experience Researcher you will engage with customers, solve real customer pains, and shape actionable insights that contribute to clean water and energy supply. Your role will be focused on the design discovery phase activities. Here, you will be working closely with end users, product management, engineering teams, user interface, and user experience specialists. In close collaboration with the respective teams, you will be planning and gathering data, assessing behavioral data from existing solutions and triangulating this with qualitative research, and disseminating your findings to relevant projects and stakeholders.
More specifically, you will be:

Personality matters
We are looking for a talented Senior User Experience Researcher with the ability to work closely and build relationships with stakeholders across disciplines and domains. You will act as a strategic partner in product decisions including providing strategic guidance for the discovery, selection, and justification of projects. Therefore, we imagine that you already feel confident with defining and driving adoption of user centric activities, map and validate customer journeys and personas. We imagine that you have +4 years of proven experience in user research, like service design/service blueprint combined with an educational background from a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Design Research, Design Psychology, or equivalent. Experience in one of following areas is considered an advantage:
As a person, you are energized by analyzing patterns with current software solutions, services and creating a case for change. You are a good storyteller by nature and have tools and techniques to help scale User Research in our organization. To be successful, we expect you to challenge what brings value to our customers, users, and business. Lastly, you communicate and translate complex data into easy-to-understand information and direction.
You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.

- Designing and facilitating user involvement activities; prototype evaluations, design sprints, foundational studies, etc.
- Making rapid prototyping, not striving for perfection, with the purpose of early user value testing
- Facilitating workshops on a diverse range of topics with customers, internal, and external stakeholders
- Gathering and analyzing data and identifying issues and gaps to be addressed with UX expertise
- Using insights to inform and guide the ongoing project selection process
- Determining UX/UI project-specific metrics that can be measured before, during, and after implementation to ensure we are creating the desired end-user impact
