SAP BI - Front-End Solution Developer

Do you want a key role in implementing BI front-end solutions in SAP BW4/HANA?

If you have some years’ experience within design and development of BI solutions in SAP BW and you want to take the next step up, we have just the right job for you. You will join us in a highly exciting period of time as we are working on a greenfield implementation of SAP BW4/HANA. The back-end foundation is in place, and now we are ready to embark on the front-end journey with you as a key contributor.

Develop, implement and manage our new BI BW4/HANA environment
In this job, everything you do has the goal to help the business by providing relevant insights in an easy-understandable way. You will do so by defining, designing and developing the future setup for SAC & AFO BI reporting founded on SAP BW4/HANA – together with your team mates and in close dialogue with the end users in the business. Key words are standardizing, automation, and streamlining. Additionally, you will contribute to taking our use of advanced analytics to the next level.

Parallel with your development tasks you will build and run a community of super users across various business areas and contribute to handling incidents. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Participate in the implementation of the new BW4/HANA environment
• Design and develop reporting framework, reports & apps in SAC & AFO
• Participate in all our SAC Planning project/tasks (budget, estimate, CSR, sales forecast etc.)
• Build and run a super user community with additional support in AFO, SAC & SAC Planning
• Ensure solid documentation of tasks completed
• Assist in incident response and analysis of root causes – minor task

Your new workplace is Royal Unibrew's head office in Faxe or our Helsinki office, when you are not working from home, because of course we have flexibility. If you live in the Copenhagen area, you shall know that many new colleagues are pleasantly surprised by how quickly it is to get to Faxe, because you drive against the traffic.

Proactive teamplayer with 3+ years’ experience within SAP BW development
We are looking for you that thrive on develop new solutions based on dialogue with end-users. This also calls for you “bi-lingual” skills in order to understand business lingo and translate your own IT lingo into something that makes sense to colleagues without your own expertise. Related to this, you can develop dashboards that are self-explanatory and possible to understand in seconds.

As you be part of an environment where trust and teamwork are just as natural as micro management is unnatural, you must be able to plan your time and deliver as promised within agreed deadlines – or raise the flag in due time if you foresee complications and/or need help. Additionally, your CV comprises:

• +3 years’ experience with the design and development of reports based on SAP BW
• The ability to make easy understandable dashboards/visualisations based on best practices
• Motivation for working in a FastMovingConsumerGoods (FMCG) environment where prioritisations can change very fast
• Good English skills, written and spoken

Your new team
You will join a small and agile team of 3 BI Developers including the Manager and also work together with a shifting number of external consultants. Our primary focus is our two biggest markets Denmark and Finland. BI is prioritised in top management and to utilise the huge potential, we expect to double our team in the next 12-15 months.
