About the internship
As a Digital Design intern you will become part of our growing Creative Performance team that works closely together with other teams and is passionate about lifting our customers' creatives and performance to new heights. You quickly become an important part of the team, where you will have both urgent tasks as well as ongoing partnerships with a longer deadline. Working with a variety of interesting clients gives you exciting opportunities to become a forerunner in visual communication and digital marketing. You will also have a dedicated Specialist from Creative Performance as your buddy to guide you during the whole internship period.

You will among other things get to work with:

• Animating and editing video ads in different formats
  
  

• Designing still assets and templates for Paid Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  
  
• Versioning and optimising creatives for testing
  
  
• Concepting new visuals and campaigns
  
  
• Animating HTML5 banners
  
  
• Learning new software and platforms
  
  

What do we expect of you?

To join s360 as a Digital Design intern, we hope that you:

• are in the final stages of your studies in an applicable field
  
  
• master Photoshop and have experience with After Effects and other Creative Cloud software. It is also an advantage if you have worked with Motion Graphics and video editing
  
  
• are structured and know how to meet deadlines and prioritise your time
  
  

• are creative and detail-oriented
  
  
• work well independently and flourish in a dynamic and hectic environment
  
  
• communicate clearly and openly
  
  
• above all, you are uniquely your own self!

We pay our interns a compensation of 1331 € per month, meeting the employment condition defined by Kela. In addition,

• approximately half of our interns continue working with us after their internship - either part- or full-time depending on the stage of their studies. However, this is an individual assessment and not something we can guarantee in advance.
  
  

The internships generally last for 3-4 months.
