Are you passionate about human resources and ready to take on a new role as HR Consultant? We are looking for our new colleague to join our young and dynamic HR department at Group.

Group is a global leader in online remarketing and automotive IT solutions for professional used car and fleet management. Group is divided into three global business units:
The role
As our new HR Consultant, you will report directly to the Global HR Director of Group. You will play a crucial role in managing a variety of HR tasks, with a primary focus on recruitment for our Danish division, Autocom-Bilsalg.dk, why professional proficiency in Danish is a requirement for this role.

The role
As our new HR Consultant, you will report directly to the Global HR Director of Group. You will play a crucial role in managing a variety of HR tasks, with a primary focus on recruitment for our Danish division, Autocom-Bilsalg.dk, why professional proficiency in Danish is a requirement for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with hiring managers for effective recruitment and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Employee Development and Onboarding: assisting in onboarding and provide ongoing support, contributing to creating a positive employee experience during the onboarding process.
- Performance Management and Employee Relations: handling employee relations and address performance issues.
- Workforce Planning and Succession Management: Analyzing workforce trends for future staffing needs and ensuring succession plans.
- HR Policy Development and Implementation: Updating company policies and communicating policy changes effectively to employees.
- Employer branding: Participation in fairs, company visits, and updating the company’s profiles on LinkedIn, Jobindex etc.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR-related tasks, with exposure to recruitment.
- Commercial Understanding: Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
