The HR team supports our almost 600 employees based all around the world with the majority of us in our HQ in Søborg. As our new HR Specialist to join our ambitious HR team you will be the main point of contact for all HR Operational matters and responsible for driving the full scope of HR activities and services. For this role, you will have to be eager to dive in and learn in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable responding to constant change as well as thrive in driving change yourself.
As HR Specialist at European Energy, you will be a central part of our HR Operations to ensure consistent and structured HR support. You will play a vital role in making sure that we are compliant, our systems are updated, and questions regarding employment are answered in an efficient manner.
We are looking for someone with Minimum 4 years of experience within HR, ideally with a good understanding and knowledge of Danish employment law and salary processes. You have a high level of responsibility and accuracy that you apply to provide high quality data in order to ensure that HR systems are reliable. Moreover, you enjoy supporting the organization with a broad variety of tasks within HR. Having a good flair and understanding of IT systems is an advantage.
You have a positive mindset and are service-minded by nature, a keen team player with an eye for identifying opportunities instead of obstacles. You work structured and pay attention to details and your approach to your work is always with a high degree of empathy.

Areas of responsibility
- Take care of full personnel related documentation and information lifecycle, including administration of employment contracts as well as update employee handbooks and guidelines
- Coordinate and optimize key processes, such as onboarding, offboarding and relocation, to ensure a great employee experience
- Support employees and managers to navigate in external and internal HR related processes, regulations and systems
- Ensure HR data quality in our systems (Visma HR, MS SharePoint and others) and provide support for preparation of annual cycles such as salary review and workplace evaluation
- Work with developing the HR strategy for our Learning & Development area: Leadership training, People Development, Engagement concepts etc.
Your profile
