As an IT Support Apprentice at our headquarters in Stilling, near Skanderborg, you’ll become part of a dedicated and friendly IT team. Together, we make sure our engineers and colleagues across the entire company – both in Denmark and internationally – can work smoothly and effectively every day.
Your daily life as an IT Support Apprentice
You’ll receive thorough training in IT support and become involved in a wide range of tasks – both simple and more technical. This means that you will:

- Help colleagues with their IT issues – both at their desks and over the phone
- Learn how to set up new computers and smartphones
- Take part in troubleshooting and installing both software and hardware
- Work with user accounts and access management, for example in Active Directory
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
