We’re looking for an IT Service Technician to join our helpful and highly skilled team at our headquarters in Stilling near Skanderborg. If you enjoy solving real problems, supporting great people, and making tech simple – this could be the role for you. You’ll be reporting directly to our Head of IT Services and play a vital role in keeping our internal digital ecosystem running smoothly.
Make a real impact in our day-to-day operations
As IT Service Technician, you’ll be part of a highly skilled and collaborative IT team supporting our entire organization. Based at our headquarters in Stilling near Skanderborg, your mission is to ensure that all users have the tools, systems, and support they need to work efficiently – every single day.
Roughly 70% of your time will be focused on second level support-handling more advanced issues across applications, infrastructure, and hybrid environments. You’ll dig into complex technical challenges, collaborate with other IT specialists, and work to continuously improve our internal service setup.
The remaining 30% will involve first-line support-assisting end-users with common problems, ensuring ticket flow, and keeping everyday systems running smoothly.

We’d love to meet someone who
Is curious, collaborative, and service-minded – someone who enjoys both solving technical puzzles and helping people. You likely have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on involvement in both first and second level IT operations. You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and you’re confident working with hybrid IT infrastructures combining Microsoft Azure and on-premises systems.
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to dive into troubleshooting. Your communication skills are strong – you’re able to explain technical issues clearly to both IT professionals and non-technical users. It’s also a plus if you’re experienced in areas like virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), cybersecurity, and networking.
You might also bring experience with:
