As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll enable the growth of (a Workiva company) - ensuring our teams are equipped with the relevant equipment, software and tools to succeed. You’ll show initiative to solve problems and provide help desk and end-point support to employees and consultants. You’ll be empowered to make decisions in the best way that meets user needs. As the point of contact for end-users, you’ll have a strong awareness of security policies and best practices. You’ll also assist on Workiva & events and have scope to engage in project-related work.

What You’ll Do
- Provide solution-oriented and customer-focused service to and Workiva teams
- Answer phone calls, emails and messages from internal customers regarding IT issues
- Track and update the status of issues utilizing ticketing systems
- Provide off-hour assistance on a rotational basis
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges - striving for prompt resolution - redirecting or escalating challenges as needed
- Managing end user accounts, permissions, and access for our SaaS platforms
- Perform installation and upgrades of applications, and device-specific software
- Researches solutions to problems using a variety of resources
- Create and maintain internal and external-facing knowledge base articles
- Basic asset tracking and management
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in IT or technical support
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity working in a growing technology organization
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business - and can simply complex technical language
- Ability to manage communication via various channels - In-Person, Email, Phone, Slack (or similar messaging)
- Customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer expectations
- Ability to anticipate and solve technical challenges
- Experience onboarding and offboarding users and related platforms (Okta and JAMF experience a plus)
- Experience with ticketing and collaboration platforms (JIRA and Confluence experience a plus)
- Experience setting up conferencing and meeting room setups
- Device management experience - Windows, Mac, iOs and Android
- Experience with Google Suite
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
- Less than 10% travel
- Ability to lift packages of 12kgs on a regular basis and up to 34kgs on an occasional basis
- Reliable internet access for any period of time when not working in a Workiva or office.
- Working from 's Copenhagen office (Albertslund) with the option for hybrid working after the onboarding period.
