Do you possess technical experience in the automotive industry combined with knowledge of lubricants? Then we have just the perfect opportunity for you. TotalEnergies Marketing Nordic Hub is currently seeking a Technical Supporter to join our Technical Lubricants team in Copenhagen.
Key responsibilities
As Technical Supporter you will act as a service ambassador with responsibility for providing technical support and recommendations to our customers in the Nordic countries. You will play a key role in our on-going customer dialogue and participate in both customer visits and technical trainings. The position calls for great stakeholder management skills and requires working at a high pace while keeping an overview of tasks and priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support all market segments in the Nordic countries with technical support and oil recommendations
- Handle incoming questions and enquiries by telephone, e-mail and website
- General support to the sales team and participation in customer visits
- Facilitation of technical trainings
- Prepare Nordic pricelist on a monthly basis
- Maintain and update the master database for the Nordic product data sheets
