As our new trainee, you will become part the IT support department in Denmark where you will join an experienced team of 6 employees who take pride in ensuring that everything IT-related runs correctly for the people at DFDS. The department consists of more than 50 employees spread across 12 locations in Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to support our headquarters in Nordhavnen with around 500 employees, however, there might be some occasional travel to our other offices.
At DFDS, you will get to work with several different tasks:
Naturally, we will provide you with a thorough introduction course when you join us so that you feel well equipped to handle the daily tasks.
About you
We are looking for you who has completed the basic course of the IT Supporter education, e.g. from Zealand Business College (ZBC) or Technical Education Copenhagen (TEC), and who is now looking for a place to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- Support on information and communication equipment
- Setup, configuration, troubleshooting, advisory services and helpdesk
- Maintenance of existing systems and implementation of new systems

About you
We are looking for you who has completed the basic course of the IT Supporter education, e.g. from Zealand Business College (ZBC) or Technical Education Copenhagen (TEC), and who is now looking for a place to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Passion for IT and user interaction
- Prior experience with IT or customer service is an advantage
- Service minded and quality oriented approach to work
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Curiosity and motivation to pursue an IT focused education
- English fluency - Danish fluency is an advantage
