With direct reference to the Teamlead – Core Operations, you will become part of the Core IT Services department, which consists of 30 experienced and skilled colleagues with different backgrounds ranging from IT Supporters, IT Specialists, Operations and Support Technicians, Engineers, and Project Managers. The department fosters a strong emphasis on collaboration and sparring, creating ample opportunities for knowledge sharing and professional growth. Furthermore, we value an informal tone and a good working environment.
A traineeship filled with challenges and responsibilities
In the position as IT-Support Trainee, you will get to test your skillset within a broad range of tasks related to support, operation and development. Furthermore, you will also be working with general tasks like conducting analysis and generating reports for internal workflow development, documenting IT deliveries/processes, and undertaking maintenance and updates as required.

We are looking for a committed and ambitious IT Support or Data Technician student who possesses initiative and a sense of responsibility, and who aspires to contribute to Kamstrup's ongoing success. You have completed the basic course of the IT-Supporter education and are now interested in applying your skills across the broad IT domain.
As a person, you are curious and service-minded and thrive in a versatile workday with many tasks, and where sparring and collaboration are paramount. In addition, you possess a high drive and understand the importance of good communication, both in writing and in speech. As you will work with many different stakeholders, it is important that you are able to communicate with many different people with varying levels of technical knowledge, and that you thrive in an open environment that solves many different tasks with different priorities.
It is a requirement that you can speak and write in both Danish and English at a high level.

- Participating in support and operational tasks
- Managing Active Directory tasks and setup of Windows computers and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting and supporting on both hardware and software issues
- Support the implementation and maintenance of print solutions, video conferencing equipment and other AV equipment in meeting rooms
