We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help transform the way we work, as part of establishing a new Agile Release Train.
Focus:
- Train the organization on Agile mindset, values and methodologies as well as role model techniques and behaviours
- Coach and mentor all Agile roles, Agile teams, Business Owners and Executives in the Agile context
- Drive continuous improvement and scaling of the Agile methodology, tools and processes based on learnings captured in the Agile teams and ART
- Influence leadership to drive change and enable the team in the ART to move quicker together
Competencies requirements:
- Extensive experience working with Agile transformations, preferably in large complex organizations.
- Extensive hands-on experience as an Agile Coach and a track record of coaching or leading high performing Agile teams.
- Various coaching techniques as well as facilitation tools and methods, and understand the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed
- The ability to quickly spot anti-patterns and act proactively to ensure the needed guidance and attention for the teams to get back on track.
- Knowledge within the SAFe framework is required ie SPC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High energy and can inspire change at all levels.
- Worked in a major high priority program with many stakeholders.
- System knowledge
- The candidate has experience with larger complex financial systems as well as integration solutions from external suppliers.
- Business knowledge
- Has extensive experience in the financial industry and preferably in banking
