Kitchen manager for KIHOSKH kitchen
KIHOSKH is a modern grocery store located in the heart of Vesterbro in Copenhagen. The store is open from early morning to late evening every day of the week - and we have many regular customers. Every day our kitchen makes sandwiches and salads. We work closely with a lot of small, local producers with a focus on good craftsmanship.
We are looking for a kitchen manager who:
You must be able to participate in the daily production. The working hours are between 6.45-14.45 on weekdays and every second weekend. The position is full-time with salary according to qualifications and good working conditions.
We think it is essential to have committed employees who find it fun and challenging to come to work - it is our responsibility to create the framework for such a workplace and we expect in return commitment, good energy and determination to achieve our shared Goal.

WHO WE ARE
Our range consists of a wide range of organic products, special goods and food from our own kitchen. In addition, there is a selection of comics, groceries, plants, vinyls and other things that you rarely find in your local kiosk.
In the cellar, we also have one of the Nordic countries' largest selection of beers. On the other side of the road is our beer bar, and on Enghave Plads is our bakery.

We are looking for a kitchen manager who:
- is ambitious in terms of developing and producing lunch sandwiches and salads of high quality, made from scratch with good and organic ingredients
- independently will be responsible for purchasing, planning, financial management and meeting the demands of the Danish Food Agency
- is able to plan the menu for the whole year according to the seasons
- is good at organizing and structuring a kitchen
- have a flexible, positive and dialogue-based approach in cooperation with the store manager and your other colleagues
- can be responsible for training out kitchen staff
