As a company, Novo Nordisk is growing and investing in capacity for the future. This position is placed in a newly established organisational area which is responsible for building aseptic filling and finished product facilities across the globe on a scale never seen before in Novo Nordisk. In this position you will be working closely with highly skilled professionals and management to shape and set the strategic and tactical direction of the investment programme. The Strategy Partner position is placed centrally in the programme management office and support the programme by providing recommendations based on fact based and insight full analysis. The role is responsible for preparing decision material and presenting it to management. Another key task is to plan the steering group meetings and other important meetings. As strategy partner you will work independently and drive important project and tasks. Your main responsibilities are: Lead analysis work and providing recommendations on cost, risk, scope, roll-out planning and other key aspects Plan and coordinate the steering group meetings and securing well prepared and effective meetings Drive specific project and tasks across the programme
Qualifications
To succeed in the job, you will need a strong business understanding, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry. We imagine the ideal candidate has: Master’s degree in finance or engineering Proven track record from previous positions in the area, perhaps as a consultant or from a similar role Experience with project management of large capex projects experience is considered an advantage Proficiency in creating presentations, editing slides, and incorporating multimedia elements in PowerPoint Fluent in English (both written and spoken) In addition to the above, you also need to possess exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to adeptly identify the strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions and make informed recommendations. Your structured approach to work allows you to perform effectively in even the most demanding of environments, managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Finally, you are a skilled communicator, accustomed to collaborating with management teams and colleagues across the globe, and adept at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. About the department You will be joining the AP Expansions SVP area. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. The area is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all new production capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the future.
