The role
As an IT business consultant, you will leverage your knowledge and experience of business processes and the Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs and goals of our fast-paced FMCG company. You will work closely with business stakeholders as well as our IT team and external partners to ensure that our Power Platform applications are aligned with our business strategy and integrated with our Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will also facilitate the adoption and governance of the Power Platform across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include:

We welcome applicants from various educational and professional backgrounds, though having a background in IT or a related field is helpful. We invite you to apply if you have a strong interest in technology and a history of completing successful projects. However, you should have at least three years of experience working as a consultant, either internally or externally. You are skilled in translating business needs to well-planned and scoped projects. You are well-versed in the Microsoft Power Platform and a high level of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or other ERP systems knowledge will be very beneficial. You have an established record of delivering successful projects, from design to deployment, and ensuring user adoption and satisfaction. You have these skills and competencies:

You will work closely with business stakeholders as well as our IT team and external partners to ensure that our Power Platform applications are aligned with our business strategy and integrated with our Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will also facilitate the adoption and governance of the Power Platform across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand and document their business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of the processes and workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, from ideation and design to testing and deployment, in collaboration with our external partners and IT team.
- Implement and adopt applications within the organization, ensuring a seamless transition and user adoption.
- Ensure that the Power Platform solutions are aligned with the best practices and standards of the platform, as well as our IT architecture and security policies.
- Collaborate with the IT Business Solutions team to identify and implement synergies and integrations between the Power Platform and the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
- Build an understanding of the architectural setup and governance of the platforms with input from our external partners.
- Support Power Platform applications and issues in the Portfolio.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
