As a CRM consultant, your primary focus is to translate your knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality. You excel in communicating with the business and easily understand business processes, enabling you to support them with the right solutions.

As a CRM consultant, your primary focus is to translate your knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality. You excel in communicating with the business and easily understand business processes, enabling you to support them with the right solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the further development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across multiple countries and deployments to our other markets.
- Engaging closely with the business to specify and implement the appropriate solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Providing professional guidance to the IT team regarding the application and utilization of the platform.
- Preparing and maintaining solution descriptions and system documentation.
- Conducting training and providing guidance to our power users in the sales organization.
- Occasionally acting as a project manager for smaller projects.
We hope you identify with many of the qualifications on our wishlist, including:
- Likely having an IT-oriented education.
- Being Microsoft Dynamics CRM certified.
- Having a few years of experience with the Dynamics CRM platform or similar.
- Possessing enough digital and/or technical knowledge to envision long-term solutions.
- Perhaps having knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps (though not a requirement).
- Fluent in English.
