In HR, we are 30 committed team members collaborating with different skill-sets and experiences to maximize our value in . You will be part of the Project HR team, a committed team with skilled and engaged colleagues involved in on-going organizational development initiatives and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to unleashing our full people potential with both internal and external partners focused around delivering on 's strategic intent.

As our future Leadership Consultant, you will have varied workdays, with a wide range of responsibilities and broad contact to the organization. Our Project HR team doesn’t just “sit in HR” – we drive performance and develop teams enabling to execute our ambitious portfolio of key projects. It is the intent that the Project HR team is an integrated part of our key projects and coach, develop and advise the project leaders and leadership team on people, team, leadership, and organizational matters. Expect to be present both on our site in Kalundborg as well as 1-2 days pr. week at our headquarters in Virum, depending on project phases and meeting activities.

- Relevant academic background (Master’s degree)
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge and experience within leadership and organizational development
- Significant experience in coaching and mentoring, building effective teams, facilitation and training
- Comprehensive business understanding and customer orientation
- Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken ('s corporate language is English)
