Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Leadership and Career Development</strong> <strong>team</strong></p><p>As our new Global Leadership Development Consultant you will be part of Leadership and Career Development team of four people that provide integrated approach to career growth, talent management and leadership development. As part of newly established Global CoE for Talent Management we have the ambition to offer a holistic and impactful experience for leaders, employees, and HR. We are responsible for career development framework, Performance management and Talent Review and Succession processes, High-Potential development, and Leadership Development. Across the team you will experience a culture where we value transparency and openness, always help and support each other, and offer true empowerment and flexibility.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement a transformational leadership development strategy aligned with Ramboll’s commitment to be the partner for sustainable change</li><li>Design and manage innovative and sustainable leadership development programs and other leadership growth opportunities by utilizing a variety of approaches such as action learning, workshops, coaching, mentoring</li><li>Select and implement global assessment tools to evaluate the quality of leadership and teams and collaborate with leaders to create targeted development plans</li><li>Collaborate with external vendors to deliver sustainable leadership development programs, and manage vendor relationships including selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation</li><li>Collaborate closely with leaders, HR and other stakeholders to align leadership development initiatives with Ramboll’s strategy, leverage expertise and integrate leadership initiatives with other people processes</li><li>Participate in other talent management initiatives based on own interest and availability, e. g. Workforce of the Future program for digital talent, revising EVP</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in designing and implementing transformational leadership development initiatives utilizing innovative methodologies and approaches</li><li>Strong knowledge of leadership development theories, practices and learning methodologies</li><li>Passion about improving the quality of leadership and driving organizational growth through transformational leadership practices</li><li>Experience in partnering with senior leaders to drive leadership development aligned with business strategies</li><li>Continuous learner mindset, staying updated with the latest trends, research, and best practices in leadership development</li><li>Certified in Hogan Assessments</li><li>Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role: you possess a strong belief in importance of driving sustainable change through leaders, you are exceptional collaborator, structural in your approach and create a positive and fun-filled atmosphere.</p><p>As a person, you are engaged and committed to transforming our business and being a change ambassador.
