Quality Controller - Dayshift

Our warehouse operation is growing fast and therefore we want to strengthen our Quality department on day shift by adding a Quality controller. If you can see yourself as an important part of a company with big ambitions and an exciting journey ahead, then it might be you that we are looking for.

About the position:
As a controller in the Quality department you will be working closely with the rest of the Quality team which at the moment consists of 10 people. Your main task will be to coordinate the day-to-day practical tasks in the department.

The Quality department is responsible for counting, checking, investigating and optimizing the daily flow in the warehouse. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible, while keeping a high-quality standard. At the same time, we want to make sure that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported, in which you will play a big role as well.

Your daily tasks will be to:

• Coordinate assignments between employees, ensure a good workflow and report mistakes.
• Work closely with the team, motivate them, and take their individual needs into consideration.
• Coordinate work with other departments in the warehouse in person or via email.

Qualifications:
The most important requirement for this position is, that you have a quality oriented mindset and that you like working with people. Furthermore you want to take part in developing and optimizing the department.

It is an advantage, if you have experience working with quality related tasks and have an understanding of warehouse operations.

Place of employment:
You will start your journey with us at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to later this year.
