As our new Audio LAB technician, you will be part of our Audio Solutions team holding in-house competence within acoustics-, signal processing, audio system design and sound quality evaluation. You will report to our Head of Audio Engineering.

Within our team we have gathered some of the most experienced acoustic engineers and audio enthusiasts. And to do their work as good and efficient as possible, then a professionally driven Audio LAB is part of their success.
This is where you come into the picture, and as our future Audio LAB Technician you will work directly together with 1 other colleague having the responsibility of driving an efficient Audio LAB within EPOS. Today EPOS has 8 advanced Audio LABS including anechoic rooms, several different multi loudspeaker room setups, rooms with fully automated variable acoustics plus some Audio Stations / table setups.

Your contribution
- Your enthusiasm and motivation are key in working as our technician and as a service function for our EPOS audio competence. In that respect to that you should be able to picture yourself in the following among others:
- Relevant educational background & 5+ years of experience as Audio LAB technician.
- Experience in running, maintain & improving audio lab facilities for acoustic measurements and sound quality evaluations.
- High knowledge of electronic circuits and acoustic equipment to be able to develop and repair test setups.
- Make and create standardized measurement setups – we use SoundCheck and HEAD acoustics ACQUA.
- We work with partners as Microsoft, Zoom, Google and requirements from them among others.
On a more personal level, you are:
- Outgoing as person and comfortable in setting direction.
- Structured, organized, and able to provide and maintain overview of ongoing Audio LAB activities.
- An inspiration to your colleagues with your pro-active work style
- Help and support colleagues and willing to run the extra mile when required.
- At ease when communicating in English - our company language
