Warehouse Worker with CE driver’s license

Our warehouse operation is growing fast, and until we are finished moving in to our new warehouse in Hedensted in the end of 2023, we would like to run our production in the weekends as well. From 10th of June we are starting up a new additional flexible schedule shift to support our operation. The conditions of this shift follows §1A in our collective agreement with 3F.

The main tasks on this shift will be to pick and pack goods, that are later sold in over 500 Normal stores in Europe. But we also need a couple of employees with a CE drivers license to move trailers around in our parking lot. We hope, that this is you!

Our goal is to keep our processes as efficient as possible while keeping a high-quality standard. At the same time, we want to make sure, that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel valued.

Practical information about the flexible shift:
- You will work 37 hours divided on 4 days a week. Each day will be 9.25 hours excl. 30 minutes self-paid break.
- Your schedule will be planned minimum 4 weeks at the time, and you will know your schedule at least 14 days in advance.
- You will work 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- You will either work day shifts 07:00 – 16:45 o’clock or night shifts: Weekdays: 23:00-08:45 o’clock, Friday/Saturday: 22:00-07:45 o’clock and Saturday/Sunday: 23:00-08:45 o’clock.

Your daily tasks will be:
Your daily tasks will consist of both regular warehouse work – mainly picking and packing orders for our shops. In addition to that you will spend your time moving trailers around, when it is needed. If you have a reach truck license, you can also work in our transport department, where the main task is to replenish the locations.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in the field of logistics and have knowledge about warehouse operations.

Place of employment:
You will be working at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved. When we shut down the temporary flexible shift, you will be offered to move to either day, evening or night shift working Monday to Friday.
