In April 2025, [xxxxx] announced a new phase in its partnership with existing investor GRO, which, together with Kirk Kapital, took a majority ownership position to support [xxxxx]’s continued expansion and innovation.

With this new investment, [xxxxx] is entering an exciting new phase with a refreshed company and product vision, increased regional market ambition, and a strong focus on scalable growth. To support this journey, we are looking for a Marketing Director to elevate [xxxxx]’s external positioning and turn marketing into a measurable growth engine.

The Role

As Marketing Director, you will own [xxxxx]’s global marketing agenda and play a central role in driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for translating [xxxxx]’s vision into compelling external communication, impactful regional execution, and a marketing engine that delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

This is a leadership role for a commercially minded marketing executive who thrives at the intersection of revenue performance, brand and product storytelling, and who strives to be both strategic, tactical and hands-on.

You will take over a strong international team with highly skilled employees.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Own and communicate [xxxxx]’s company and product vision externally, ensuring clear differentiation in the Identity Security market
  • Strengthening [xxxxx]’s presence and perception in the Identity Security landscape by proactively engaging with key industry analysts together with product leadership
  • Define and execute [xxxxx]’s global marketing strategy, aligned with revenue and growth objectives
  • Expanding [xxxxx]’s brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints
  • Revenue-Driven Marketing Execution
  • Further strengthen our marketing organization to consistently deliver concrete, measurable outcomes
  • Ensure marketing impact is tracked and optimized through SQLs, SAOs, pipeline contribution, and new customer acquisition
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Sales Operations to ensure tight alignment from awareness to deal close

Regional Marketing Enablement

  • Implement a dedicated regional marketing model aligned to [xxxxx]’s sales regions
  • Establish strong dotted-line collaboration with regional sales leaders to ensure relevance, focus, and execution
  • Balance global consistency with regional customization where it drives results
  • Leadership & Organization
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team
  • Define clear priorities, operating models, and KPIs across brand, product marketing, field marketing, and digital
  • Act as a senior marketing voice in executive discussions and cross-functional planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in B2B software or SaaS selling to enterprise customers globally (US and EMEA)
  • Strong background in revenue-driven marketing, demand generation, and pipeline accountability with knowledge of how to measure marketing
  • Experience working closely with Sales leadership and building strong relationships in an international company
  • Previous experience in leading an international Field Marketing team and execution of industry event, customer roadshows and partner marketing
  • Experience of a MarTech stack including Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, 6Sense, Wordpress, Asana, Oktopost is a strong advantage.
  • Product marketing experience with proven knowledge of how to position complex products in a competitive, fast-moving market
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing across multiple regions
  • Experience of digital marketing, marketing operations, integrated campaigns, PR/AR, and brand development
  • Data-driven mindset with a clear focus on outcomes, not just activity
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to both set direction and execute

Experience within Identity, Security, IAM, or adjacent enterprise software markets is a strong advantage.
