If yes then you could be our new Senior Project Manager, we welcome you to apply!The Position We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can solve complex problems across Region North West Europe (NWE) to ultimately deliver impact to patients. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and interpersonal competencies, is analytical, as well as a strong communicator that can engage with many stakeholders at different seniority levels and have a proven track record from strategy consultancies. Furthermore: You will be responsible for driving and co-driving complex projects across functions and markets in International Operations Regional Office for North West Europe, including the daily management respective project teams. You will manage projects towards successful implementation of business priorities and act as a sparring partner and a trusted advisor to our project owners on both content and recommendations. Responsibilities include strategy development and execution, organisational development, data analysis, process optimisation and executive decision support among others. You will be exposed to different organisational areas throughout Novo Nordisk International Operations in the region, which include commercial, clinical, medical and regulatory, P&O and Finance among others. You will build a strong international network and further develop your leadership skills, as well as your personal and technical skills, guided by our project tools and methodologies. We expect you to take an active role in the establishment of the new unit and continuous development of the department regardless of your role and tenure. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field. You have gained several years of experience in a Project Management role within strategy consulting and/or corporate project management and bring the following skills and experience: Solid interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation Ability to communicate complex information clearly and impactful to drive behaviour change (both verbally and in writing) Ability to perform data analyses across diverse sets of data Experience working with consulting and financial frameworks and approaches Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented Experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry is highly regarded but not a prerequisite for this position. About the department As a key driver of Novo Nordisk’s future growth, International Operations (IO) and specifically Region North West Europe encompasses 15 countries and employs 1,900 employees. Around 18 million people are living with diabetes in these countries and an estimated 58 million live with obesity.
