In this role, you won’t just execute marketing campaigns; you’ll orchestrate a symphony of digital innovation and localized strategies across the diverse region landscape.Your new roleAs the Senior Digital Campaign Manager you will serve as a critical liaison between the Regional Digital Media Center of Excellence (CoE) and the IO Fast unit within [xxxxx]. This role focuses on supporting regional teams in campaign localization, media planning, and performance optimization.We are seeking 2 talented people to help our EU/Canada and APAC regions to enhance and scale digital campaign execution.Key responsibilities include:
  • Strategically develop the digital campaign execution model with a dedicated region. Either EU/Canada or APAC.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders within the CoEs and IO Fast unit.
  • Ensure fast, agile and scalable execution of regional and local campaign across content and media.
  • Acting as a conduit for communication between the CoEs and IO Fast unit, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  • Assisting in the development of robust media plans and campaign material that align with business priorities and regional goals.
  • Oversee plans, budgets and performance across the region.
  • Your new departmentIO FAST Content is an internal digital agency and the Digital Activation team is executing campaigns across paid and owned media. We oversee and enable activation of social media, search, programmatic, email and other digital channels and are providing strategic guidance to the company as a whole on the engagement on these platforms. You will report to the Director of Digital Media Activation and join a team of 5 people all based in Denmark and collaborate closely with our execution unit in Bangalore, India.Your skills & qualificationsWe’re looking for a new Senior Digital Campaign Manager who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
  • A master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer engagement, marketing strategy, brand strategy or digital marketing
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus but not required.
  • Strong expertise in digital campaign execution, paid media, content creation and performance measurement.
  • Experience with international organisations and localization strategies, preferably in EU/Canada or APAC markets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong performance mindset.
