  • Lead the development and implementation of content and campaign strategies across digital, social, and physical channels, leveraging insights to optimise performance and achieve business objectives while enhancing engagement for both healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Develop and guide customer-centric initiatives that create lasting connections with healthcare professionals and patients through storytelling, insights-driven strategies, and value-driven engagement, fostering loyalty and trust in [xxxxx]’s mission and offerings.
  • Lead and mentor a powerhouse team of forward-thinking Content and Campaign Leads, inspiring a culture that thrives on innovation, experimentation, and excellence.
