This is role is about understanding people — you’ll turn consumer insights into powerful engagement strategies, shape how channels connect and build seamless experiences for those living with chronic diseases around the world.Your new roleAs Sr.Director, Consumer Engagement Strategy and Insights, you will play a key role in shaping how connects with consumers across platforms and touchpoints. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic frameworks, you will drive targeted engagement initiatives that support business growth and enhance the overall experience for people living with chronic diseases across International Operations (IO).Key responsibilities will include:Leveraging consumer insights to develop and refine channel strategies that effectively engage target audiences. Developing and implementing strategic consumer marketing through robust segmentation and targeting frameworks and overseeing the editorial calendar to ensure impactful campaigns and communications. Measuring and reporting on platform performance by tracking key metrics, including consumer lifetime value, identify successes, optimize marketing efforts, and drive data-informed improvements in engagement and campaign effectiveness. Ensuring alignment and integration between internal platforms (e.g., Novocare), partner platforms and partnership solutions to deliver a seamless, cohesive end-to-end offering for people living with chronic diseases. Overseeing the strategic alignment of cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and achievement of shared objectives. Your new departmentYou will join the IO FAST team, based in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The team is responsible for consumer engagement from strategy to content deployment and insights. We develop and activate branded and unbranded content for both Healthcare Practitioners and Consumers. Our focus areas include consumer engagement and direct-to-customer channels/platforms, a central content engine, campaign engagement analytics and digital non-selling consumer partnerships above region.You will lead a dynamic and innovative team of three people. The atmosphere in Ørestad is fast-paced and collaborative with a shared commitment to driving impactful consumer engagement strategies.Your skills & qualificationsWe are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented leader with exceptional project management skills and a strong focus on consumers. The ideal candidate brings a fresh perspective, with the ability to shape a new vision and introduce innovative ways of working that drive impact across the organization. While experience in healthcare is valuable, we are equally interested in talent from fast moving consumer industry who can utilize their skills to advance our mission.To be successful in this role, you should have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector in the health space, including strategic planning and execution. Proven track record in influential leadership and ability to manage cross-functional projects and achieving measurable business outcomes. Extensive expertise in utilizing consumer insights, marketing strategies, and driving business impact through new channels and segments.
