As a valued member of our Global Marketing team within Hearing Instruments Group, you will collaborate closely with the all the teams across marketing and other stakeholders in the organisation. Our marketing function is on a journey to establish a holistic Brand Portfolio focus, strategic priorities, and action plans to realize the market potential, and we need your exceptional skills and capabilities to achieve our ambition to become the leader in hearing healthcare.
More specifically, you will work closely with Brand Projects Director, driving and facilitating marketing excellence and portfolio brand strategy initiatives in close collaboration with key stakeholders across Global Marketing and other functions.
Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks could be broad and varied. Some of the tasks include:
Your background and personal competencies
You are probably in the third year of your Bachelor within Marketing and Communication or Business Management and have a keen interest in pursuing a career within Marketing areas.
We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. In addition, you have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are very well experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive; working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:
We expect you to work +16 hours per week and we offer a flexible workhour environment.

- Support on the annual strategic wheel, incl. alignment on the processes and stakeholders around it
- Be part of the Strategy update and implementation process
- Scoping the projects, drafting project charters, timelines, governance structures and stakeholder maps
- Content development for the workshops and various leadership forums
- Ad hoc task to support Global Marketing leadership team
Your background and personal competencies
