Are you passionate about finance and building high performing teams? If so, you might be our new Head of Finance.
As our Head of Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information as well as providing strategic financial guidance.
It’s the right role for you if you have a proven track record of leading and developing high performance teams and experience with developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
This is a high-profile leadership role within the business with overall responsibility for Financial Operations. The Head of Finance is an important partner across the business.
The Finance team currently consists of 6 talented financial enthusiasts with high ambitions. You will manage a diverse team ranging from junior to senior profiles – with a focus on both building and operating a strong finance setup.
You will be part of a scale up children lifestyle brand in a dynamic team powered by ambition, passion, and strong business acumen.
You will be referring to our CFO and you will be working from our beautiful HQ in Copenhagen, Blegdamsvej 124.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance/Economics combined with a successful career within a finance department for +7 years preferably within a similar business and in a scale up company.
As this is a senior and key role, solid leadership experience is a must. We are further looking for leaders that have experience in building, scaling, transforming and continuously developing a strong finance department.

Tasks
- Leading and development of our Finance team
- Overseeing daily bookkeeping
- Supervising the monthly salary payments
- Drive month end closing and management reporting
- Business analysis preparation and reporting
- Cash flow management
- Ensure policies and procedures comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Act as right hand to the CFO

You have

- Leadership experience with ability to motivate and lead a high performing team
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience of ERP systems (Business Central)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in controlling and audit is a must
